Kings Arms, Colchester. For Greene King Pub Company

The Kings Arms has always been a busy town centre pub but needed modernisation. We constructed a minor extension to the rear of the building to house the new disabled toilet, including external patio works. We then provided a full refurbishment to the trading area which involved a complete new layout and new bar servery, new joinery throughout along with all new finishes.
This was a particularly difficult project as the building is Listed and we only had 5 weeks to complete it in.
